The Jazz Room - A Journey to the Heart of New Orleans San Antonio reviews
Overbooked
Since 1981, I have been attending The Jazz Room - A Journey to the Heart of New Orleans shows. This year, I took my kids for the first time, thinking they would enjoy it as much as I have. We had lawn seats and stood in the walkway, being pushed and shoved. I estimate it was overbooked by about 4000 people. After about 7 of the 27 songs that I read he did, we left. Many people were leaving at the same time we were, saying the same thing. I had over $400 invested between tickets, food, drinks, and gas, and was very disappointed. It was the worst experience of all the shows I've attended over the last 38 years.
